3. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the Site to function, including page delivery, security, and form submission.
- Analytics cookies. Help us understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.
- Advertising cookies and pixels. Allow us and our advertising partners to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on other websites and apps.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect how parts of the Site work. Where a cookie consent banner is presented to you, your choices there control how non-essential cookies are set.
4. Advertising and analytics partners
The Site carries the following tracking technologies:
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We use the Meta Pixel and, where enabled, the Meta Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, to understand which ads lead to list signups and reservations, and to show ads to people who have visited the Site or who resemble our audience.
This may include sending Meta a hashed, non-readable version of information such as your email address or phone number so Meta can match a conversion to an ad without receiving your information in plain text. Meta processes this information under its own terms. You can review Meta's Privacy Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy and manage the ads you see at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Google Analytics and Google Ads
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand Site traffic and behavior, and Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing tags to measure campaigns and show ads across Google Search, YouTube, and the Google Display Network.
Where enhanced conversions are enabled, we may send Google a hashed version of information such as your email address for the purpose of conversion measurement. Google processes this information under its own terms. You can review Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy, manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Your advertising choices
In addition to the platform controls above, you can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com, or through the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. On mobile devices, you can limit ad tracking through your device settings.
5. Email and text messages
If you join our list, you will receive emails from AIRE about events, programming, and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will stop sending marketing emails promptly. We may still send you transactional messages, such as a reservation confirmation.
Text messages (SMS and MMS)
If you check the box consenting to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from AIRE at the mobile number you provide.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or entry. You can reserve a table, join the guest list, or attend AIRE without agreeing to receive text messages.
- Message frequency varies. How often we text depends on what is on at the venue.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message sent and received.
- To stop, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further marketing texts.
- For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@airemia.com or (645) 400-5569.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text message consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us send messages on our behalf, such as our messaging platform, and those providers are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money.

These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
Advertising platforms. As described in Section 4, we share limited information with Meta and Google for advertising measurement and audience building. Event and artist partners. Where an event at AIRE is presented with a promoter, brand, or artist partner, we may share aggregated attendance and performance information. We do not share your individual contact information with event partners for their own marketing unless you separately agree to it at the time.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AIRE, our guests, our staff, or the public.
Business transfers. If AIRE is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

- Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
- Request a copy of that information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information

Authorized agents. You may designate someone to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for proof of authorization.

California residents. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. To opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, use the browser and platform controls in Section 4, send a GPC signal, or email us.
Visitors from outside the United States. AIRE operates in the United States and your information is processed here. Privacy laws in the United States may differ from those where you live. By providing your information, you understand it will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
