Doors 8PM
This is the last quiet Saturday before Miami turns into Miami. Mejias, Mr. Fulltime and Diego Silvestre take November 28 while the city still belongs to the people who live in it, from 8pm until late, open to the sky at AIRE Miami.
Playing
- MejiasMejias is a Miami DJ and producer who describes what he does as storytelling through sound, which turns out to be a fair account of how his sets actually move. He leans afro house and global rhythms, building slowly and emotionally rather than forcing a room, though he has never been precious about where a night ends up. He came up through Miami’s underground and now plays festival stages from Costa Rica to Ibiza, sharing bills with some of the most respected names in this sound. He is the kind of DJ people remember the feeling of rather than the tracklist.
